It is my great pleasure to welcome you to St Peter’s Church of England (Aided) Primary School. I hope that this site along with the online prospectus will give you information about our school.

St Peter’s is a lovely school with a strong Christian ethos. We are very fortunate in having beautiful grounds, good facilities and a strong team of children, parents, governors and staff. I am privileged to have been  Headteacher here since September 2006 and I have enjoyed working with the St Peter’s team during this time. I hope that the new website will be useful to everyone, but please forgive any errors as it is still in the early stages of development!

We believe that the children enjoy being at this school because we care for each individual child. Everybody works together as a team to make learning enjoyable and challenging at the school. We aim to provide opportunities for excellence for all within the school.

Whether you already have a connection with the school or are visiting for the first time, we hope you will enjoy celebrating the achievements of our pupils with us.

Gail Sainsbury, Headteacher
